Luca Maurizi is a freelance guitar player, bass player, composer, arranger and instructor from Ascoli Piceno, Italy.

He was professionally trained as a musician at Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA, United States where he earned a degree in Contemporary Writing & Production.

Over the last few years he has been working with Flagship Records of Lecce, Italy.
He's co-founder of Wit-Hit (music publishing company) and is currently involved in a number of studio projects.
He has recently completed his first solo album "Shallow" and singer Laura Aschieri's debut album "Get in Lane".His album "Shallow" is a collection of instrumental pieces (composed from 1996 to 2008) highlighting Luca's approach to different styles, from rock to funk to experimental.
